The basic material is hard insulation foam, the kind that is used in home construction, which doesn't fade away and doesn't deteriorate from the water. Attach the two lateral pieces of wood in the way that is shown in the video. The front piece needs to have a groove for the "sail". Attach the two bottles, for extra floatation. The sail doesn't need to have some extra mechanism, it can be held in place with a simple elastic band or a bicycle inner tube. You can attach a small water bottle in the bottom, half filled with water or sand, for extra stability. You can also make it bigger, for a longer fishing line. It all depends on your needs.
