焚き火で作るチキントマトカレー｜望月キャンプサイト野らら

梅雨の中休み。 長野県の望月キャンプサイト野ららで、 久しぶりのソログルキャンプを楽しみました。 先に到着して焚き火の準備。 それぞれが好きな料理を作り、 少しずつ分け合いながら過ごす時間。 今回作ったのはチキントマトカレー。 まずはチキンステーキとして楽しみ、 その後トマトと野菜を加えてカレーへ。 お酒のつまみにも、 キャンプ飯にもおすすめの一品です。 📍望月キャンプサイト野らら（長野県） ⸻ 【チキントマトカレー（2人分）】 ・ご飯　1合 ・鶏もも肉　1枚 ・新じゃが　2個 ・マッシュルーム　4個 ・ミニトマト　5個 ・アスパラ　適量 ・トマトジュース　150ml ・和風だし　適量 ・カレー粉　適量 ・キャンプスパイス　適量 I enjoyed a long-awaited group solo camping trip at Mochizuki Camp Site Norara in Nagano, Japan. Arriving a little earlier than the others, I started by preparing the campfire. One of the joys of camping together is that everyone cooks their own meal, then shares a little with each other. This time, I made a Chicken Tomato Curry. First, the chicken is enjoyed as a simple grilled steak, then tomatoes and vegetables are added to transform it into a hearty curry.
