I grilled meat and drank beer while solo camping, and then had tonkotsu ramen at the end! It was a blissful time for an old man. Cheap meat gets tough when grilled over the heat of a campfire, so I grilled it slowly over charcoal and first ate it with salt and pepper. I had ice-cold beer with it. I put boiled pork in the ramen at the end, so I first simmered it slowly in the pork bowl sauce. I stir-fried the remaining pork belly with asparagus and enoki mushrooms, and then stir-fried it with the delicious pork bowl sauce to have as a snack with alcohol. I couldn't get enough of this sweet and spicy sauce! I made the tonkotsu ramen at the end with instant noodles. The pork belly that I simmered for a long time was soft and delicious.
