Welcome to the third lesson in the Strong Legs & Strong Butt series! This series will feature four lessons. Practice one lesson each day and rest on day 5. Of course, you can practice other lessons that day. On day 6, begin your 4-day adventure with Lesson 1 again. Practice the lessons in this manner for a total of 6 rounds, or 30 days. 👯 In this series, our primary goal is to strengthen your legs and glutes. You'll see how you strengthen with each passing day. The poses may seem challenging or the number of repetitions may be high, but believe me, they will become much easier over time. Just keep practicing and don't give up. You can do it!
