Gorilla Shufai Meets The Kid

On the 9th of June Shufai's world turned upside-down as two new gorillas magically appeared in his life. Shanga and her son, Aarde, have come from Chessington, neither of them had ever set foot on grass before, so a massive change for them. Introductions were ongoing with Oumbi and Ozala at the time of filming (especially Ozala), but in the meantime the two new additions were in with Shufai and Asante. Asante likes the youngster a lot, and she's not bothered who else arrives as long as they let her carry on eating all the peas 😁 Shufai was still guarding his house at this stage, so there's a lot of following about trying to police this sassy little bundle of attitude. Aarde definitely wants to play with the cool new big brother he's been given.
