Huge Winter Reservoir Trout (trout fishing tips)

Back before state-required ANS inspections resulted in winter boat ramp closures, we used to fish Horsetooth Reservoir very successfully in winter. Most commonly we utilized vertical or near vertical jigging to target large trout, and that was the case on this day.
