A short break in our mountains of the Susa Valley. A chance to recharge with a nice early morning walk, then head out to buy some local produce. Where we can't reach with self-production, we believe it's important to incentivize and support those who work in small communities, especially those not as simple as the mountains, carrying on traditions that would otherwise be lost. We also have a vision of a sustainable economy, from the producer directly to the customer, thus reducing purchases from large-scale retailers.
