Police Officer Saves 2-Year-Old Boy Choking on a Hot Dog in Texas
A police officer happened to be exactly where he was needed when he was needed. Corporal Lee Higginbotham of the Veterans Affairs Police Department says he pulled into a gas station to refuel and learned a child nearby was choking on a hot dog. He immediately started administering back blows while the boy's family watched with hope. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
