For example, Palm Island in Dubai is made by men. Similarly, one Chinese company wants to create the same but not in China, whereas in some other countries. The company's name was Country Garden. They are China's largest property developer. They do projects in different countries and make Chinese people buy their houses in different countries. This is one of the reasons almost every country has Chinese people who are settled. 8 years ago, the Country Garden Company started their housing project in Malaysia, which is an 8 lakh crore project. The project name was Forest City, with a golf course, a waterpark, offices, bars, and restaurants. The company said that Forest City will eventually be a project that will house nearly one million people. But it's been 8 years since only 15 percent of the entire project has been built. What is the reason ? This building was next to the beach; there was a shabby children's playground, a rusty vintage car, and no people living there. There are signs near the water warning you not to swim because of crocodiles. Bottles of drunkenness can be found on the beach. In the shopping mall, many shops and restaurants are closed. There were few families staying there because they had less rent compared to others. The moral of the story is that the country garden had a thirst beyond its limits.
