In this video, I share, in a very direct and personal way, my real transformation process. No magic formulas. I'm here at the beach, on vacation, but I recorded this video because this topic is very important to me—and it could be to you too. I show you how things really changed for me after 2015, when I suffered from burnout and had to start over. It wasn't willpower that saved me (in fact, I speak from experience: it's only good for taking the first step). What really worked was understanding how habit creation works, testing some strategies, and adapting them to my reality. Waking up early, exercising, changing my diet, creating a reading routine—all of this only happened when I was able to transform these habits into something pleasurable, easy, and satisfying. I'll share with you practical examples of how I started cycling at home while watching home automation videos (nothing to do with health, right?), just to help me create the habit. I also talk about how simplifying things—like leaving the water bottle nearby, or swapping the gym for something that requires less resistance—was what made the difference. When we think about changing our lives, we often want to do everything at once. But here, I'll show you how to focus on being 1% better every day. That's what will, ultimately, truly change your life. And all of this has a lot to do with what I call 1x mode living: a life with more intention and less rush. When you can incorporate small, good habits into your routine, with ease and without so much pressure, you begin to change your life more naturally. The video is full of these reflections and real experiences—not from books, but from my own routine.
