Guided Meditation for Beginners: Managing Anxiety, Overthinking & Gaining Perspective
If you’re new to meditation, or feeling caught in cycles of anxiety and overthinking, start here. Instead, we work with the idea of neutrality: a place inside yourself that allows you to observe what’s happening without immediately reacting to it. Together, we explore grounding, visualization, and attention practices that can help you slow down and return to the present moment.
