Running a 2 stroke engine on nitromethane rc car fuel!

Here I run my little leaf blower engine on nitromethane rc car fuel! The results are scary! I am not sure what the flywheel is rated for rpm wise. I am confident I exceeded its limit! DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME AN EXPODING FLYWHEEL CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR POSSIBLY DEATH. With that being said I think this engine reached well around 15-18k rpms. I need to get a tachometer and actually measure the free rpms. What did we learn today? Nitro instantly wants to eat the carbs internals alive. This carb cannot supply enough fuel for it to become stable. Returning to an idle was tricky, the engine just wanted to keep revving. Next we try E85 and see what happens! Thanks for hanging out!
