Then top with your chosen toppings. SNICKERS DATES: 3 large Medjool dates approx. 12g peanut butter Pinch of salt 15-20g dark chocolate Slice the dates open on one side, remove the pits, and fill them with peanut butter and a pinch of salt. Melt the chocolate and coat the dates in it. Let it set in the refrigerator or, like me, in the freezer. Mix the dates together until firm. AIRFRYER SWEET POTATOES: 1 large sweet potato Wash and dry the sweet potato. Cut into thick slices and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 16-18 minutes.
