Homemade Lemon Sorbet 1 cup sugar 2 cup water 1/4 cup lemon zest ( from 2 large lemon zest) 1 cup lemon juice (from 3 large lemons) Tips: Use Fresh lemons. Please do not susbtitute lemon juice from bottle otherwise you will not get that fresh citrus flavour.
