The Long Dark | The Will to Live (500 days!) + Episode 5

It's been awhile since we did a TLD stream, but we're back to wrap up our long-term goal for our Voyageur run- surviving for 500 days! When we started playing this game, long before the channel existed, the max achievement for survival was a mere 100 days. The limited options for supplies actually made this a challenge, as some resources were non-renewable and severely limited. With the updates made since, its totally realistic to survive nearly indefinitely. Fortunately, the devs also added many more locations to visit and things to do, so spending that amount of time is actually worth it. We'll cross the 500 days threshold in this stream, and spend some time reflecting on the journey that got us here. Since our last stream, the fifth and final episode has come out, so we'll start it up for the first time, and begin the final chapter of our story campaign.
