WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED IN THE AIR FORCE ACADEMY PSYCHOMOTOR TESTS FOR PILOT CANDIDATE SELECTION, AND HOW CAN WE PREPARE? You can find YouTube videos. Track or rope exercises – Improve muscle memory and motor skills (There are no direct app links for these exercises. However, you can check out general fitness apps or online videos that offer rope jumping routines or track workouts.) Visual tracking exercises (Eye tracking drills) – Strengthen the eye muscles, making it easier to follow fast movements. (There is no mobile app for this. However, some mini-games on brain training or attention-training apps (like the ones we mentioned earlier, Lumosity or Elevate) can indirectly help improve your visual tracking skills.) These recommended apps and exercises can be very useful in developing your psychomotor skills, which are critical for piloting.
