My survivor Porsche 912 is coming together (Part 5)- Restoration

This is about a month's worth of work in fourteen minutes. There was plenty of things done that didn't make this episode, and likely will just remain on an SD card. I'm roughly 1,000 hours into this project. The sheer time it takes to restore one of these cars is unbelievable. The same can be said for any classic car restoration. A couple weeks ago it seemed like I wasn't even close, but now I'm starting to envision that first drive again. Literally chomping at the bit to take this car and just go. There's a lot of curiosity about how I'm going to like this car when it's done. I'm obsessed with the cars appearance, that isn't the question. How is going to feel.. I drove a 912 once, but it was your typical boring test drive with another person in the car. You can't get to know a car unless you get it to yourself. Oh!
