Hello everyone! Today's video is a full body pilates workout, and I have tried something new! We have verbal cues in this workout to help you achieve better form and have a more effective workout, so let me know what you think! Here's an outline of what we'll be working on today: we have a standing series combined with a tabletop series to work on toning the legs, while lifting and sculpting the glutes. We have c-curves to work on our deep core muscles, and a supine series to tone up our abdominals! We have a side lying series to work on the outer thighs and hips, helping to achieve a lovely rounded hourglass figure! Finishing in a prone position to work on strengthening our back and arms to help with good posture. I hope you enjoy the workout, let me know how you get on!
