Homemade chocolate croissant danish

Lamination has never been easier! Professional kitchen recipes can be easily made at home. This time I am sharing "Black forest like" danish pastry. Chocolate danish are not that common so decided to run tests and share this with you. However, bare in mind that the pastry will be a bit more dry than the the 'regular' white flour danish, but you can put Creme Patissiere, chocolate ganache, dulce de leche, whipped cream!
