WHAT HAPPENED to this poor dresser?? Art Deco Dresser Makeover

This Art Deco dresser looks like it was pulled along the ground upside down! The top was destroyed, deep gouges and scrapes, and areas where the gorgeous mahogany veneer was mangled right down the to substrate!
