Lexus IS200 - Rust problems and Timing Slipped. PART 1

Here's a customers Lexus IS200. It was originally booked in for some rust repairs to the rear sills and wheel arches but unfortunately a few days before it's booking, something terrible happened to the engine. The fitter of the recent cambelt and waterpump had left a piece of the upper cambelt cover flapping around which eventually got caught up in the belt causing the timing to slip and bend all 12 exhaust valves. Now awaiting a replacement cylinder head with various repair and welding videos to follow 👍
