Can I save this IS200 from a major rust problem?

Here's the first of many video's showing all the rust repair work and treatment carried out on James' 1999 Lexus / Altezza IS200 This video focuses on both the Discovery and preparation stages. You'll see me removing as much rust as possible from the affected area and preparing the metal ready to start welding up once I find out how well the Bilt Hamber Deox Gel works overnight. A previous keeper of the vehicle had some poor repairs carried out where plates have been tacked over rusty holes, filled over and painted, it appears they were more concerned about the vehicles aesthetics than they were it's safety, or their passengers safety. I'll have this repaired this week, it'll look good AND be structurally sound again. Plans are to give the vehicle a Bilt Hamber Dynax s-50 extreme wax treatment across the underside and through the cavities. Thaks for watching, please subscribe. Questions and comments welcomed 👍
