It's been 10 years already, somehow! ^^ It's become a part of my daily routine. I hope everyone preparing for a full marathon has a fun, injury-free run!!! 1️⃣ Running is a time to recharge myself After a run, my body is tired, but my mind feels lighter. Running is a time for me to recharge my energy for tomorrow. ⸻ 2️⃣ Running is a time to connect with myself When I run, I turn off the music and just listen to the sound of my footsteps and breathing. That time is a time to quietly connect with myself. ⸻ 3️⃣ Running is a slow, continuous process I'm not a fast runner nor am I one whose times keep improving. But one thing is certain: I've always run and will continue to run. ⸻ 4️⃣ Running is a choice for my mood Some run for records, and some run for competitions. But I run to feel better. ⸻ 5️⃣ Running is a way to enjoy the present moment. Sometimes, while I run, I think, "When will I ever be able to run this path again?" So, every time I run, I try to appreciate this moment a little more. ⸻ 6️⃣ Running has made me stronger. Over the past 10 years of running, my body has changed, but so has my mind. I've become someone who can endure a little longer, and wait a little longer. ⸻ 7️⃣ Running has become a part of my life. It started out as just a random thing, but 10 years have already passed. Now, running is not something special, it's a daily routine that has naturally become part of my life.
