Hey everyone, welcome to another video on the channel! Today I'm going to show you a recipe for a side dish that's amazing and shouldn't be missing from any barbecue. Grilled vegetables on the barbecue, so without further ado, let's get cooking... INGREDIENTS: 2 medium zucchini 1 medium eggplant 20 cherry tomatoes 30 mini onions 1 yellow bell pepper 2 ears of corn Salt and olive oil to taste. PREPARATION: Start by cutting all the vegetables uniformly, as this will ensure they grill at the same time. Cut the corn cobs as shown in the video, and boil them in a pot for approximately 6 minutes. Season the vegetables with salt and olive oil to taste. Start grilling over strong heat (grill on the first level of the barbecue), initially the corn and then every 5 minutes... Add the remaining vegetables: onions + 5 min, zucchini + 5 min, eggplant + 5 min, tomatoes + 5 min, and finally the bell pepper + 5 min. After grilling the bell peppers, move the grill to the second level of the barbecue to finish cooking the vegetables, tasting them until they are to your liking. (Mine was cooked in exactly 12 minutes). Adjust the salt if necessary, remove the vegetables from the grill and place them in a serving dish and serve to your guests. Suggestion: served with meat and white rice, it's fantastic...
