Royal Commission of Inquiry Abuse in Care: What may redress look like? | Q+A 2024

The Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care will deliver its final report this month. Keith Wiffin, a survivor and advocate for others who faced abuse in state care, and human rights lawyer Sonja Cooper discuss what may come next. Announced in 2018, the Commission was set up to investigate what happened to children, young people and vulnerable adults in State and faith-based care in New Zealand, with a main focus on the years 1950 to 1999. Join Jack Tame and the Q+A team and find the answers to the questions that matter. Made with the support of NZ on Air.
