Ida Bhatara Turun Tangan? Bawa Pesan Keras untuk Investor Perusak Alam Bali
BALI, indonesiaexpose.co.id — The Bali Development Observer Forum (FOR HATI Bali) audience with the Special Committee on Spatial Planning, Regional Assets, and Licensing (TRAP) of the Bali Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) on Wednesday (June 3, 2026) took place unusually and captured public attention. Amidst discussions on spatial planning and development in Bali, Putu Alya Vina Lestari, a fourth-semester student majoring in Economics and International Business at the National Education University (UNDIKNAS), suddenly experienced what some described as a message from the universe. The incident occurred after Balinese community leader Jro Gde Sudibya sang the song "Tembang Sutasoma." Alya was then seen embracing Jro Gde Sudibya while crying and screaming, as if conveying a message from the universe to work together to safeguard Bali's spatial planning and protect the sacred nature of the Island of the Gods from damage caused by human greed. Several spiritual observers in attendance interpreted the incident as a message from their ancestors, reminding them that development must not sacrifice the balance of nature and the values of Balinese local wisdom. The message that emerged was the prohibition against seeking profit by destroying the environment. In Balinese philosophy, mountains are a source of sanctity, the sea a place of purification, and the land is a space for life that must be maintained in balance. Violation of this order is believed to have various impacts, ranging from reduced food sources, a declining quality of life, to the breakdown of social relations. The incident in the Bali Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) audience room gave rise to various interpretations. However, many participants viewed the incident as a symbol that Bali's spatial planning issues concern not only legal aspects, investment, and development, but also have a strong spiritual dimension. After the incident, Alya admitted that she remained conscious of what she experienced, but found it difficult to express her feelings, resulting in only tears and screams. She described herself as merely receiving a universal message about the importance of preserving nature and the sanctity of Bali. This message aligns with the statement of the Governor of Bali for the 2025–2030 period, Dr. Wayan Koster, who once quoted the Lontar Bhisama Batur Kalawasan, which states that people are obliged to protect the mountains and sea as sources of life and sanctity. Violation of this mandate is believed to bring curses such as food shortages, shortened lifespans, and damaged social relationships. Amidst the rapid flow of investment and spatial planning controversies, this incident serves as a reminder that Bali is not only built on capital and physical development, but also stands on a spiritual heritage, customs, culture, and natural resources that must be preserved for future generations. #index #tv #news
