I have now watched enough Missioned Souls performances over time to genuinely notice the progression, especially in her confidence and solo work. A year ago, you could already see the talent and potential, but now she is starting to sound far more controlled, expressive, and intentional as a lead player. And covering Boston is NOT easy. Those guitar parts require precision, feel, timing, sustain control, and melodic phrasing. Boston’s music has a very polished and layered style that can fall apart quickly if the guitarist is not confident. What impressed me most here is that Neisha is beginning to play with more authority instead of just playing the notes. That is a huge leap for any guitarist. You can really see the band maturing overall too. The chemistry, arrangement choices, and confidence continue improving every time I check them out.
