Hi, this is LILY. I've suddenly realized something. Almost none of my close friends in real life watch my YouTube channel. That's not necessarily a bad thing; they might think, "They know the real me, so there's nothing new to add." But is that really true? My friends in real life know my "surface." On the other hand, those of you watching this, while knowing very little about my real life, know the "deepest parts of my heart" and "the deepest parts of my soul." Because we're close, we tend to think we understand everything about the other person. Or, we become overconfident that they know everything about us. Perhaps that's one of the causes of misunderstandings in relationships and difficulties in life. Today, I'd like to talk about this "sense of distance." Real-life connections are important, but having someone with whom you can share the depths of your heart through words is also precious. I'd like to think about that together with you.
