Hello everyone😊 🌼2021 Moomin Day Limited Edition Mug🌼 August 9th is the birthday of Tove Jansson, the creator of Moomin💐 and it is also Moomin Day. What Moomin fans have been waiting for on this day is the commemorative limited edition mug released by Iittala✨ It is limited in quantity and only available for one day, so it looks like it will be a fierce battle... When I went to the Iittala store and asked what time people would start lining up, they replied that when the limited edition mug was released in 2018, some people started lining up from midnight. Well, I was wondering if it would be too late at night, when they announced that they would stop selling it in stores in urban areas where the number of infections is increasing. So, I decided to try my hand at online sales, which are expected to become even more competitive. 👀 I read in the news that in 2018, the server went down immediately after the sale started and the items sold out quickly, so I feel that it is meaningful to participate. 😆 However, perhaps because of Cal's careful preparations in advance, I was able to buy one! I wondered, "Huh? Is it surprisingly easy to buy...?", but it sold out within 25 minutes of the sale starting, and there were also comments saying that it was sold out while waiting for the turn to pay even though it was in the shopping cart, so it seems to have been very popular after all. And the new Moomin mug that arrived at my house. I had to hold a nice tea party to show it off, so I went to the supermarket to buy Moomin coffee. 😊 I found a taste that is typical of summer Finland, blueberry coffee. 💕 When I drank it, I could feel the flavor of blueberry jam in the aftertaste, and I thought, "Wow! It's really blueberry!" It was a fun coffee. 🌼Kal's late day🌼 Usually, he comes home by 7pm and we eat dinner together, but this day was the first day in a while that he had to work overtime. That means there's one restless person in our house (a dog?). When I realized he hadn't come home by the usual time, I got restless and depressed, and just sat there staring at the entrance🐕 It's my daily routine to go for a walk with Kal when he comes home in the evening, but maybe he was wondering what to do😆 🍩Pulla🍩 Pulla is a general term for sweet bread in Finnish. Pulla is an indispensable item for coffee time or teatime✨ In addition to the cinnamon rolls that are popular in Japan and the sweet breads that Kal sometimes makes by hand, this type of shape in one piece like the one in the video is also common.
