Hazrat Mian Muhammad Siddique Lali was a Sufi Saint who was born on 1672 in the religious family of Lali tribe. He was the great Sufi Saint of Qadria series. His father and grand father were also the great Sufi Saint of their era. Therefore Mian Muhammad Siddique Lali received a a large treasure of books from inherent. Mian Muhammad Siddique Lali was found the era of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb Alamgir. He was a great Allama of Fiqa, Tafseer and Hadees. His name was included on those Ulmah’s who participated during the book “Fatawa Alamgir. The time of Mian Muhammad Siddique Lali was uproar and violent. Theft, robbery and snatching was the ordinary thing. The Royal Family was busy to the war of rule. The ministers were busy to set up conspiracy and collect wealth. The attacks of Nadir Shah and Ahmad Shah Abdali destroyed the whole India specially the Punjab. Mian Muhammad Siddique Lali belonged to town Lalian which is the Tehsil of present of District Chiniot. Lalian Town was also affected from the attack of Ahmad Shah Abdali because the library of Mian Muhammad Siddique Lali had been burnt in this attack. He was very sad because the books of his forefathers had been burnt. Mian Muhammad Siddique Lali was also the Punjabi Poet and his poetry do the learning, religious, spiritual and mind training. Mian Muhammad Siddique Lali was died on 1766 in Lalian and his Shrine is also situated in Tehsil Lalian District Chiniot. In fact this Chilla Gah is a spiritual and historical place.
