The rains recorded in recent hours caused damage in various parts of Guatemala. In Villa Canales, at least four homes were damaged by the downpours and a perimeter wall collapsed. Neighbors pointed out that one of the main problems is the accumulation of garbage, as tires, plastic, and even motorcycle helmets were found during a cleanup effort.
