Facebook:   / jigstravels   Instagram:   / ozrvtravels   What a great place to go, this Campsite is a “MUST” guys it’s in the small Outback Queensland town of Augathella and is situated 84km north of Charleville and 327km south of Barcaldine, and the address is Annie St, Augathella QLD. This campground offers 5 star Toilets they are brand new and Showers are fantastic, and for a campsite that you can stay for under a cost of a coffee.. Remember all water is UV treated and is fit for drinking, and there is water which is all around the park. All sites are quite level and there is not much levelling needed, and can handle from tents to very large rig’s, as you can see on the full video review.. There is a choice of shady or sunny spots, depending your solar needs. There is wood on a pallet for sale which is priced well. All Fire should be off the ground and in a fire pit. By doing this it protects the ground. The Augathella camping area is right across from the Ellengowan Hotel in the main street of town which does great meals at a great price. Plus check out the back and they have campsites there too, but not for large rig’s. They have a special deal going on out there, pay for a night and get $10 back to spend at the pub and that happens, every night you stay there. With Phone reception please look at the Data Speed Test on my video review, and it will tell you how good it is. This park is Dog friendly but Dogs must be kept on Lead & Pick Up after your dog. This site is a Donation site Per Night that help keep it clean and tidy, and support the local community. There is a Donation box at both ends of the campsite. Plus there is also a basketball court to throw a ball around. Plus there are a few bush walks around this area and the is a nice walk a long the river.
