I was a lazy and unskilled homemaker until I saw this in the BIBLE | Bible study for homemakers

The Proverbs 31 Woman Isn't Meant to Intimidate You... Do you ever read Proverbs 31 and feel like you'll never measure up? Many Christian homemakers carry the weight of believing they have to become the "perfect wife" through more discipline, more productivity, or simply trying harder. But what if we've misunderstood the passage? In this Bible study, we're taking a deeper look at Proverbs 31 and discovering that this woman is not simply a checklist of impossible standards. She is a beautiful picture of God's people—a portrait that ultimately points us to Christ and His work in us. As homemakers, we are not called to build thriving homes through our own strength. We have been given the Holy Spirit, who empowers us to faithfully carry out the ministry God has entrusted to us. In this video I also share my own testimony. When God called me into homemaking, I wasn't naturally skilled. I wasn't trained to manage a home well. I had to learn almost everything from the ground up. Yet year after year, God has patiently taught, equipped, and strengthened me. What I could never accomplish in my own ability, He has faithfully produced through His Spirit. If you've ever felt overwhelmed, inadequate, or discouraged in your homemaking, I pray this study reminds you that your calling is not sustained by your own strength but by God's grace. My prayer is that this study helps you see homemaking not as a burden of performance, but as a joyful ministry empowered by Christ.
