Prayer is a discipline that acts as a catalyst for transformation in both the heart and the mind. THE IMPORTANCE OF PRAYER: Prayer is one of the basic activities of the Christian life. It is interesting that the disciples never asked – Teach us to Preach / Cast out Demons / Heal the Sick, but instead they asked the Lord Jesus, “Teach us to Pray!” (Luke 11:1-13).
