Evangelical Christian Becomes Gay-Affirming: How?

I am a heterosexual, evangelical, Bible-thumping Christian. And I am LGBTQ affirming. It's not a sin to be gay, not a sin to be trans, and God approves of same-sex marriage. How did I get there?
