Swedish Meatballs, Mash and Lingonberries on the Trangia. Happy New Year!

This time I head out to make Swedens unofficial national dish, meatballs, on my Trangia 25. The weather is for once cooperating and gives me a sunny clear day with the first snow for the season. Recipe, 2 servings: 2 tbsp bread crumbs 3/4 dl milk 1/4 yellow onion, or equal 250 g minced beef 1 egg salt, white pepper to taste Let the bread crumbs soak in the milk for 10 minutes. Combine with the rest of the ingredients until you have a homogenous paste. Roll balls to a diameter of 1 - 1½ inches, if your hands are wet the paste doesn't stick to your hand. Brown on medium-high heat, a few at the time, on all sides. Don't crowd the pan. Serve with mashed potatoes and lingonberries This video is not sponsored in any way, shape or form by any stores or manufacturers. Thanks for watching!
