Justiça lenta: quem paga pelos erros do Estado?

In the program broadcast on July 15th on Canal NOW, moderated by Pedro Mourinho, the President of the Portuguese Bar Association, João Massano, analyzed some of the main issues in current Portuguese judicial affairs.
