This yoga practice is dedicated to Yogi Kelly & Yogi Julie from my DreamWorks Corporate Yoga class who made a request for gentle stretch & hip openers. Julie - I know you love the wall - let me know how you feel. Corporate Yoga is on the rise, bringing employees together creating opportunities for community, wellness, & stress relief. I find that yogis who have desk jobs, or have long hours standing (waiters/bartenders) love the 'WALL CLASSES'. This Mini Wall Class will have you opening the hips, focusing on stress relief through breath & draining tired legs at the wall. I use the Wall Class on retreats after traveling to ease swelling & to nourish the legs that carry us throughout the journey of our day. May this class nourish you.
