LEGS, GLUTES & ABS - Want to know how to shape your legs at home? Grab your dumbbells and hit play on this 30 minute no repeats workout designed to lean out your legs and build strong abs and glutes. You'll need a chair/box or Bench + a variety of dumbbells to complete this dumbbell leg workout follow along. I used 1 set of 5kg & 7kg dumbbells but you could use something lighter or depending on your fitness and strength level. There is one circuit to work through + a bonus HIIT finisher.
