I Turned Forest Waste Into Something Useful

Hi, Stefan here with DAY25 of my 31 Days of ONE MEAL A DAY in the Forest Challenge! 🌲 After spending another night in my forest camp, I woke up to a calm and peaceful morning in the woods. But it didn't look like it was going to stay that way for long. Dark clouds were beginning to move in, and with rain expected later in the day, I decided to change my plans and cook my one meal first before starting any camp projects. For today's one meal, I made a bacon and omelette bagel sandwich, and it turned out absolutely fantastic. Simple, filling and perfect for a morning in the forest. 🥯🥓🍳 With breakfast out of the way, it was time to get back to improving the camp. If you watched DAY24, you'll remember the PVC pipe I used to build the rainwater collection system. Instead of throwing away the leftover material, I decided to put it to good use. Using what would have otherwise become waste, I created a simple camp chair, giving my forest kitchen another practical upgrade. It's amazing how small additions like this slowly transform the camp. What started as a basic cooking spot in the woods is gradually becoming a comfortable place to spend time, cook meals and enjoy nature. The weather continued to change throughout the day, reminding me that even on calmer mornings, the forest always keeps you guessing. 25 days completed. 25 meals. 25 adventures.
