The “Full” is one of the most coveted skills in the tumbling tree. I’m sure we have our own way teaching the skill, however I can assure with this skill you will need as many drills as possible. If you are unfamiliar with the skill please keep in mind that the technical term for the skill is “full twisting layout”. Meaning the layout should be very apparent while performing this skill!
