Wassup Everybody!! I’m finally back with BRAND NEW tutorials!!!!! Today’s video is STANDING HANDSPRING breakdown. I went a little more in depth with this one in comparison to my last one. With five phases in total I have included drills that can help athletes seeking to obtain their handspring. The five phases are sit & swing, the jump, creating an arch/turnover, transition to handstand, and the finish. Each are important in their own right, so make sure to really dive into each portion of this video.
