LA SOLITUDINE - Laura Pausini - Alto Sax & Piano - Free score
"La Solitudine" is a song written by Laura Pausini, Pietro Cremonesi, and Angelo Valsiglio. The song speaks of the feeling of loneliness and the pain that can result from the end of a relationship. The lyrics describe a person who feels lost and alone after their loved one has left. The protagonist of the song wonders if the person they love still feels anything for them and questions why the relationship ended. They sing of the sadness that overtakes them, the memories that torment them, and the impossibility of forgetting the person they loved. The song expresses a strong feeling of sadness but also hope. In the chorus, the protagonist asks the person they love to return, promising never to make them feel loneliness and pain again. "La Solitudine" has become one of Laura Pausini's biggest hits and has been translated into many different languages. The song has touched the hearts of many people around the world, who have appreciated its beauty and emotional intensity. We shot the video on a cold day at the "il Bosco di Paliano", about 1 hour away from Rome. "Il Bosco di Paliano" is a protected natural area located in the province of Frosinone, in Lazio, Italy. It is a large wooded area that covers an area of about 800 hectares and hosts numerous animal and plant species. The forest is managed by the State Forestry Corps and represents an important natural resource for the region. It is an ideal place for hiking or cycling, for birdwatching activities, and for contact with nature in general. The Bosco di Paliano is characterized by a wide variety of trees and plants, including oak, beech, chestnut, and black pine. Among the animal species present, there are wild boar, fox, badger, hare, deer, and numerous bird species. Nature is often viewed as a place of solitude, where one can escape the hustle and bustle of human life and find a sense of peace and tranquility. In nature, one can often feel a sense of connectedness with the natural world that is hard to find in the busy, modern world. However, it is important to recognize that nature can also be a source of solitude, particularly when one is feeling disconnected from others. While it is true that nature can provide a sense of calm and serenity, it can also be isolating if one is alone in the wilderness, far from the comforts and companionship of human society. In some cases, being alone in nature can even lead to feelings of anxiety and fear. For example, if one is lost or injured while hiking, the isolation of the natural world can magnify the sense of danger and helplessness. Despite the potential for solitude, nature remains an important source of renewal and inspiration for many people. Whether through outdoor activities like hiking, camping, or fishing or simply by spending time outside in a park or garden, nature can provide a much-needed break from the stresses of daily life. Moreover, nature can also help to foster a sense of connection and community, as people come together to enjoy the natural world and work to protect it. By engaging with nature in a responsible and sustainable way, we can help to ensure that future generations are able to experience the same sense of solace and inspiration that nature has provided to us. Coping with solitude can be challenging, especially if you are not used to spending a lot of time alone. Here are some tips to cope with solitude: Embrace it as an opportunity: Rather than seeing solitude as a negative thing, try to reframe it as an opportunity to explore your own interests, reflect on your life, or engage in activities that you might not have time for in the company of others. 1- While it is important to value your time alone, it is also important to stay connected with others. Reach out to friends and family members, schedule regular video or phone calls, or join an online community related to your interests. 2- Find activities that give you a sense of purpose and fulfillment. This could be anything from reading, writing, or learning a new skill, to volunteering, exercising, or pursuing a creative hobby. 3- Take care of your physical and emotional needs. This could include getting enough sleep, eating healthy, exercising, meditating, or seeking support from a therapist or mental health professional if needed. 4- Spending time in nature can be a great way to find solace and calmness in solitude. Take a walk, go for a hike, or simply sit outside and enjoy the beauty of the natural world. It is important to find a balance between solitude and social connection. Everyone's needs and preferences are different, so it's important to find what works best for you. link to the English lyrics https://lyricstranslate.com/it/la-sol...
