Installing the Furuno TZ3-16F

s05e68 It has been a very long wait, almost 6 months to the day, but my Furuno TZT16F finally arrived. I had anticipated that the installation would go smoothly since I had meticulously prepared everything while I was waiting. Alas, the best laid plans of mice and men. The installation did not go smoothly. It was my fault but that is mitigated somewhat by the wording on the drawing. I think the wording could have been clearer which would have helped immensely. Alternatively, if I could read Japanese, it would also have been fine. Very frustrating.
