The drug inspection, which was supposed to protect people, turned into a money-making tool for officials and an employee of the Security Service of Ukraine. In this video, we continue the story of the laboratory “Dobrobut-Likylab,” which almost immediately after its creation began receiving million-UAH orders from the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control. After the publication of the first part of the investigation, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine opened a criminal case and conducted searches at the office of the head of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control, Roman Isaienko. But the story did not end there. We obtained recordings of conversations that reveal internal conflicts among the scheme’s participants, the division of millions, and methods of money laundering.
