Hiking a Volcanic Valley in Japan | Mt. Akita Komagatake + Mont-bell Alpine Cruiser 2000 Review

Dual-purpose video - showing off a gorgeous volcanic hike at Akita Komagatake and reviewing the new hiking boots I just bought: the Montbell Alpine Cruiser 2000 Wide. Akita Komagatake consists of a number of summits. I've bumped into him randomly on the rails quite a bit recently, though I first met him through work. He is an all-around great guy and available to lead hikes in the vicinity. (He doesn't speak English, but I may be hired on as an interpreter for him in some cases....)
