Darlene's Concoctions - Pineapple Coconut & Chocolate Nut Bars for My Mother

Hello peanut gallery! Today I'm bringing you a much requested edition to my old Darlene's Concoction series. I have not been baking because of the way I eat now, but since many of you have said you miss this series I'm going to do my best to bring it back. I will be looking for easy recipes that do not yield lots of servings because it will be only my mother eating the stuff I make and I don't want to over do it. I made Pineapple Coconut & Chocolate Nut Bars in this video and they were a big hit with my mother and my sister, but no taste test on camera.
