Darlene's Concoctions - Super Easy 3 Ingredient Banana Spice Bread Challenge

Directions for my Banana Spice Bread 1 Spice Cake Mix 2 Eggs 3 Ripe Bananas 1 tsp vanilla (optional) Mix eggs and bananas, add dry mix and mix until all moist (by hand or by mixer). Pour into greased 9.13 cake pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Tip: You could add 1/4 cup oil if you want it more moist. You can make a glaze with confectioner's sugar and a tiny bit of milk to drizzle on top or just add butter and eat like a muffin!!! My mother had hers with wipped topping! So good!!! You can also add walnuts to the mix. And don't be afraid to try other flavors of dry mix!
