Trolling Over The Hot Spot At San Luis Reservoir

It's been almost 3 months since I last went out on a fishing trip. I had a last minute spur the moment to go fishing at San Luis Reservoir. The bite has changed A LOT since I was last there. They've moved into deeper waters and are holding onto structure. I found them stacked up on these two submerged islands across from the Basalt boat launch. They were hanging out right above the island tops. Trolling the Atlas Umbrella Rigs, I was able to hook into some of the stripers. Most were legal catches to 22".
