California Delta Striper Fishing

Striper fishing on the California Delta is about to blow up! They are hugging so close to the bottom, I wasn't able to pick them out on my Garmin Livescope. It wasn't until I brought my Atlas Rigs about a foot or two off the bottom that they started appearing from the depths and hammering the rig.
